「Spiral」という名称には、社会をより良くする活動が螺旋状に広がり、幸せが循環していく「笑顔の循環（Smile Spiral）」への願いが込められています。
行政、企業、国際機関、地域が手を取り合い、持続可能な未来への大きな渦を作り出します。 The name "Spiral" embodies our wish for a "Smile Spiral" where activities to improve society spread in a spiral and happiness circulates.
Government, companies, international organizations, and local communities join hands to create a large vortex towards a sustainable future.
